A while ago when I was an aspiring YouTube star and not an aspiring food blog prodigy, I made video about how to properly separate a whole chicken. This means taking your standard whole chicken you would find at a local market and turn it into two wings, two thighs, two legs, two chicken breasts and left over bones for an incredible broth!
This week I though I would do a throwback to the basics when I was just getting started and also embrace the process of separating our own chicken to save money and get the most out of a bird. Enjoy the flaws of my editing , but I promise the technique will save you time and money at the store!
